Dr. Chang has been teaching New Testament at Torch Trinity since 2001. 

He earned his MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Deerfield, IL, USA) in 1996 where he also completed his MA in New Testament in 1997. Dr. Chang earned his PhD from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. His undergraduate degree was in

engineering. 

Dr. Chang is Korean-American. He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland since 1974. He has taught Greek at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School as a teaching fellow and pastored in Illinois, Maryland, and now, Korea. Dr. Chang was ordained by KAICAM (Korean Association of Independent Churches and Missions) and pastors the English congregation at Hallelujah Community Church in Bundang. He is married with two children.
